How to use:
For bath: Add 1 test tube of bath soak into hot bath. Soak for 10-20 mins for relaxation.
For foot bath: Add 1/2 test tube of bath soak in a large basin of warm water. Soak your feet for 10-15 mins to relieve soreness and warm you up before bed.
