  • AFTERPAY
We offer Afterpay online.
We do not accept exchanges or returns with Afterpay (unless the item is faulty).
  • FREE SHIPPING
Orders over $95 are eligible for free domestic shipping. This is only for regular domestic shipping. Orders will be sent by Australia Post Regular Service.
  • Order Process

Most of your order will be ready for dispatch within 2-3 business days but sometimes it takes a bit longer because the products are not in the same location and we will have to go to other shop/warehouse to get them. We will notify you with the tracking number as soon as your order is ready. 

  • IN STORE PICK UP
If you would like to pick up your order in person, you can pick up your order for FREE in store at our South Melbourne Market shop or our warehouse at Mordialloc. At the check out page you can choose pick up location and time. Please refer to our click and collect page for more details. 
  • METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept credit cardl and bank card (both credit and debit). Bank transfer only available to wholesale account at the moment.

  • DOMESTIC/ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Domestic Orders
We offer 3 different categories of postage for domestic (Australian) orders at this stage. We ship by our local courier and Australia Post.
1. Regular post (by local courier or Australia Post)
2. Australia Post Express
3. FREE POSTAGE for all items over $95 in value
We are not responsible for packages lost in mail. Please contact us if you haven't receive your order and we can lodge the claim on your behave to Australia Post or Courier.
International Orders
We ship worldwide by Australia Post. Standard postage starts from $16. The postage will automatically calculate at check out once you put in the shipping address. 
  • DELIVERY
We send orders four times a week. We aim to send all orders within 4 days of purchase.
If your item is urgent and you need it express posted, email us to let us know and we will send it the next day via express post however this will be at an additional "express post" cost. (Our competitive postage costs are only for non-urgent deliveries).
We offer great postage costs however as we use Australia Post and Sendle, we are not able to guarantee when your package will arrive. You will be provided with a tracking number, so you can check when your order will arrive. However, please get back in touch with us if your item hasn't been received within 10 working days from purchase.
  • GIFT WRAPPING
Gift wrapping is our complimentary service, free of charge. We can gift wrap for you using our gift wrapping paper.
INSTORE - If you make a purchase in store and you would like it gift wrapped, let us know. We will be happy to do it.
ONLINE - If you're sending a present directly to a friend or family member and you'd like to include a note, we can hand write this note on our special note paper and include that too.
Just write your message during at check out. No note is too cheesy!!
  • DISCOUNT CODE

Once provided with the discount code, please use it at check out. Our website only allows one discount code at a time

  • RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a small business, we cannot offer return for change of mind reason. I hope you can understand. Also as some of our products are one off handmade items, we won't be able to offer exchange/ return. 
We only offer refunds if the item is faulty.
Please note we DO NOT exchange/return/refund for:

* Jewellery
* Sale Items
ONLINE EXCHANGES:
Here's what to do if you want to exchange...
1. Email us at theboss@sukimcmaster.com
2. Send the product back within 14 business days of receiving it.
Ensure that the item is packed and sent in the same way it was sent to you.
4. All postage costs for returning the exchanged item are the customers responsibility to pay.
5. Once we've received it and noted the condition is the same as what it was sent, we'll email you to let you know.
6. You can go shopping again online to choose something to the same or greater value and the postage costs to resend the item are the customers responsibility to pay.
7. You must exchange your item within  14 business days of receiving the items (this is for online only)
PLEASE NOTE if we receive the goods and they are not in the condition we sent them, we won't be able to exchange them. So please look after your Suki McMaster product and take care in sending it back.
  • GIFT VOUCHERS
When you receive a gift voucher in paper form or electronic form, there is a redeem# on the gift voucher, simply put in the redeem# at check out to redeem your gift voucher. Gift voucher cannot be exchange in cash.

  • Bulk Orders and wholesale
Please contact us at theboss@sukimcmaster.com if you need to purchase more than 20 pieces of the same item. 
Wholesale account can only set up if you have an ABN and in the retail industry.
  • WHAT TO DO IF YOU NEVER RECEIVED YOUR ONLINE ORDER?

If you placed an order, paid for it, waited for several days or weeks and.... NEVER GOT IT... there is a chance that something happened to your order or it got lost in the mail. In this situation feel free to contact us! E-mail us at SuperStar@sukimcmaster.com with the details of your order and we will start an investigation in order to find out what happened to the parcel. Please give us 2-5 days to process. We will do everything to make our customers happy. Our email is SuperStar@sukimcmaster.com

Mobile Terms of Service

The Suki McMaster mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Suki McMaster (“Suki McMaster”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Suki McMaster’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Suki McMaster through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Suki McMaster. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Suki or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Suki McMaster mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
