We offer Afterpay online.
We do not accept exchanges or returns with Afterpay (unless the item is faulty).
Orders over $75 are eligible for free domestic shipping. This is only for regular domestic shipping.
We are short of staff after COVID19 but we will try our best to process your order ASAP. Most of your order will be ready for dispatch within 2-3 business days but sometimes it takes a bit longer because the products are not in the same location and we will have to go to other shop/warehouse to get them. We will notify you with the tracking number as soon as your order is ready.
If you would like to pick up your order in person, you can pick up your order for FREE in store at our South Melbourne Market shop or our warehouse at Mordialloc. At the check out page you can choose pick up location and time. Please refer to our
click and collect page for more details.
We accept credit cardl and bank card (both credit and debit). Bank transfer only available to wholesale account at the moment.
- DOMESTIC/ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Domestic Orders
We offer 3 different categories of postage for domestic (Australian) orders at this stage. We ship by our local courier and Australia Post.
1. Normal post (by local courier or Australia Post)
2. Australia Post Express
3. FREE POSTAGE for all items over $75 in value
We are not responsible for packages lost in mail. Please contact us if you haven't receive your order and we can lodge the claim on your behave to Australia Post or Courier.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. Standard postage starts from $16. The postage will automatically calculate at check out once you put in the shipping address.
We send orders four times a week. We aim to send all orders within 4 days of purchase.
If your item is urgent and you need it express posted, email us to let us know and we will send it the next day via express post however this will be at an additional "express post" cost. (Our competitive postage costs are only for non-urgent deliveries).
We offer great postage costs however as we use Australia Post and Sendle, we are not able to guarantee when your package will arrive. You will be provided with a tracking number, so you can check when your order will arrive. However, please get back in touch with us if your item hasn't been received within 10 working days from purchase.
Gift wrapping is our complimentary service, free of charge. We can gift wrap for you using our gift wrapping paper.
INSTORE - If you make a purchase in store and you would like it gift wrapped, let us know. We will be happy to do it.
ONLINE - If you're sending a present directly to a friend or family member and you'd like to include a note, we can hand write this note on our special note paper and include that too.

As a small business, we cannot offer return for change of mind reason. I hope you can understand. Also as some of our products are one off handmade items, we won't be able to offer exchange/ return.
We only offer refunds if the item is faulty.

Here's what to do if you want to exchange...
2. Send the product back within 7 business days of receiving it.
Ensure that the item is packed and sent in the same way it was sent to you.
4. All postage costs for returning the exchanged item are the customers responsibility to pay.
5. Once we've received it and noted the condition is the same as what it was sent, we'll email you to let you know.
6. You can go shopping again online to choose something to the same or greater value and the postage costs to resend the item are the customers responsibility to pay.
7. You must exchange your item within 7 business days of receiving the items (this is for online only)
PLEASE NOTE if we receive the goods and they are not in the condition we sent them, we won't be able to exchange them. So please look after your Suki McMaster product and take care in sending it back.
When you receive a gift voucher in paper form or electronic form, there is a redeem# on the gift voucher, simply put in the redeem# at check out to redeem your gift voucher. Gift voucher cannot be exchange in cash.

Wholesale account can only set up if you have an ABN and in the retail industry.
- WHAT TO DO IF YOU NEVER RECEIVED YOUR ONLINE ORDER?
If you placed an order, paid for it, waited for several days or weeks and.... NEVER GOT IT... there is a chance that something happened to your order or it got lost in the mail. In this situation feel free to contact us! E-mail us at SuperStar@sukimcmaster.com with the details of your order and we will start an investigation in order to find out what happened to the parcel.
